We are looking for a business development manager to help it grow its sales, its revenues, and its competitive advantages. Part sales representative, part marketing analyst, and part business analyst, you’re primarily in charge of sales and marketing, but also strategic planning, finance, and customer service.

• Strong knowledge of the digital and social marketing landscape
• Strong sales and negotiation techniques
• Wide network of personal contacts and business prospects
• Proven success managing a sales portfolio in business development, client relationship and servicing skills selling
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop recommendations and action plans
• Demonstrated thought leadership and ability to influence
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English

• Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
• Analyze data trends and client performance
